SAN RAMON, CA – Effective March 1, 2006 TSC SOLUTIONS, LLC has sold their construction and homebuilding software assets to EXPLORER SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC. This acquisition will create positive opportunity for both TSC's customers and employees.

Explorer, founded in 1984 and a developer of software products for construction accounting and project management, has a staff of over 60 employees working in offices located across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Middle East. Over 80% of Explorer's staff develop, implement and support software solutions for the construction industry. Explorer leads the construction industry by developing feature rich, functionally dependable and technologically advanced products.

This is the fourth acquisition of construction accounting software solutions by Explorer that include assets of Conac Software, Versyss Systems and Ferrell Companies. Explorer is uniquely  positioned to service and support the construction industry like no other software vendor. With their combined specialized construction management software, Explorer provides solutions for heavy highway contractors, general contractors, home builders, sub-trades, designers and engineers.
